g-man

g-man is a GUI front end for viewing man pages. It allows you to view man pages in a separate scrollable window (unlike Terminal) and to search for text within a man page. In addition, g-man gives you access to summaries of all man pages by section with short descriptions of the pages. These summaries are also searchable making it easy to find a command when you may know its name. g-man features: clean scrollable document window correctly displays even complex man pages (like hdiutil) summary pages of all available man pages broken down by section man page names hot-linked in summary pages for easy access man page names hot-linked in see also sections for easy access section summaries and man pages are both searchable separate views available for g-man formatted output, the HTML generated by g-man, groff formatted output, the HTML generated by groff, and the original mandoc formatted source for the man page
